The CDF 10K has been added to Run 4 Wales (R4W)’s portfolio of world-class mass participation events.

The revival of this iconic and historic event has given thousands of runners the opportunity to take to the streets in the heart of the Welsh capital, as part of a race set of become one of the UK’s largest distance events.
