JERRON PAXTON

Acclaimed blues singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jerron Paxton returns to Europe this May for a run of headline dates across the Netherlands, Ireland and the UK, on sale now.

A songwriter, inheritor of tradition and a true modern-day songster, Paxton builds a bridge between generations, embodying the blues, ragtime and old-time Black music of the 1920s and ’30s while speaking directly to the present day . His Smithsonian Folkways release Things Done Changed — his first album of entirely original material — was hailed as “a history-conscious blues album for our time” (Wall Street Journal), further cementing his reputation as one of the leading voices in contemporary roots music .
