Soothing Sound Bath with Tara Sound and Music

Take an evening out to rest and reset with soothing sounds and stillness in this beautiful Soothing Sound Bath

What better way to spend a mid-week evening than resting and resetting with beautiful sounds and vibrations!

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly. Instruments are played softly and intentionally, promoting relaxation and a sense of inner calm.

Some benefits of Sound Baths can include

  • Calming of your body and mind
  • Reduced levels of stress and anxiety
  • Increased focus and clarity
  • Decreased tension and fatigue
  • Boost to your mood
  • Improved sleep
  • Elevated feelings of overallwell-being
  • Parasympathetic nervous system activation
  • Deep rest

What happens in a sound bath?

You will be invited to lie down on the floor with cushions and blankets for support and warmth. Tara will then guide you through the entire session, from breath connection, through to a beautiful heart-based meditation and finally with your sound journey, helping you to deeply relax and connect with your inner self. No prior experience is necessary – simply bring yourself, some comfortable items (see below) and an open mind and heart!

Getting ready

Please bring the following items for ultimate comfort and support:

  • yoga mat, blow up mattress or anything to be comfortable on the floor
  • warm comfortable clothing (pj’s, socks, hot water bottle, anything to keep you cosy throughout!)
  • cushions/pillows for you head
  • blankets for extra cosiness and warmth
  • water bottle

If you have access needs or find the floor uncomfortable, you are more than welcome to sit in a chair or in meditation position at any time.
