Come and join Cardiff Dogs Home and The Rescue Hotel on Sunday, 19 May for Bark in the Park! From midday until 4pm in Romilly Park, Barry, they will be hosting an exciting event to help raise money.

From 12:15pm to 12:30pm, enjoy an agility showcase with two-time Crufts competitor Kahla Delahey and her incredible dogs. And then, until 3:30pm you can take your dog on a quick run through the agility course for fun, and you can win prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Please be aware that spaces are limited to 30 entries.

Throughout the day, several competitions will be running: 1pm for the Golden Oldies, 1:30pm for Best Boy, 2pm for Prettiest Girl, 2:30pm for Best Rescue, and 3pm for Dog Most Like Their Owner.

And don’t miss the Doggy Dash from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Cheer your dog on as they run 30 metres through the doggy dash. All times will be recorded and there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest, which will be announced at 3:30pm.

All this, plus food, music and entertainment from midday until 4pm. It’s an event not to be missed!
