A L I V E, the innovative ice bath and sauna wellness business based at Sully Sports Club, proudly celebrates its first anniversary. Founded by two local lads, James Abbott and Daniel Tucker, A L I V E has quickly become a hub for those seeking recovery, resilience, and a revitalized mind and body.
Since opening its doors one year ago, A L I V E has welcomed hundreds of people from the local community and beyond, offering a unique combination of contrast therapy — the invigorating cold of ice baths paired with the soothing heat of saunas. This blend has proven popular among athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to reduce stress, improve recovery, and enhance mental clarity.
To mark the milestone, A L I V E has teamed up with local spoken word poet Duke Durham @dukealdurham, to release a custom track and music video, blending the power of recovery with the pulse of the community. The video highlights the transformational energy of contrast therapy and showcases what A L I V E is all about.
“This first year has been incredible,” says James Abbott co-founder of A L I V E. “We’ve seen lives change through cold exposure and heat therapy — from athletes to entrepreneurs to everyday people looking for better mental clarity and physical recovery. The music video is our way of celebrating the culture we’re building and showing the world what we’re about.”
