Honesty is key

If you sit down in a meeting or have a conversation with me, one of the words you’ll find commonly leaving my mouth is “honestly”. It is crucial to be honest with everyone- it keeps everyone’s expectations reasonable and, at the end of the day, it keeps customers coming back!

Quality not turnover

I don’t care if a job takes longer to do it right. If it isn’t done right, it’s not done! I’d rather spend 10x the amount of time with one client to make sure that they are entirely happy with their project than just churn out mediocre work that is just that, mediocre! My dad has a common phrase: “the quickest way, isn’t always the quickest way!” Of everything he’s taught me, that’s one that I use every day!
