Renowned jazz vocalist, Claire Martin OBE, reunites with her accomplished Swedish trio, led by the exceptional pianist and arranger Martin Sjöstedt, as they give the Welsh launch of their latest album ‘Almost in Your Arms’ (Stunt Records). This promises an extraordinary musical journey, seamlessly blending classic jazz standards, such as the title track from the movie ‘Houseboat’, with contemporary songs by the likes of Elvis Costello, Rufus Wainwright, and Mark Winkler.
