Why not come and celebrate St David’s Day by learning the art of painting on glass! You can create your own painted daffodil glass hanger using glass enamels.

You’ll be guided by the supportive and experienced teachers from Glass By Design to make a small fused glass hanger or tile by hand. This creative craft workshop is beginner-friendly, so don’t worry if this is a new activity for you. You’ll get all the tips and tricks you need.

Start by applying colourful glass enamels to your piece to form a custom daffodil design. We will be using special layering medium, allowing you to paint multiple layers onto your glass. Once you’re happy, it’ll be ready for firing to create a stunning, long-lasting ornament to take home.

Please note: Your item will need to be fired in a kiln in order to complete the fusing process. If you are local, it will be ready to pick up in approximately seven days (Your teacher will confirm this with you). If you have come from further afield and wish your item to be sent, there will be a nominal postal charge to pay.
