Get creative with this beginners glass craft class in Penarth!

Do you love the sea? Are you comfortable holding a paintbrush? We have designed the perfect beginner’s workshop for you. We have developed this brand new workshop using two different painting on glass techniques, creating a unique look to your glass.

Guided by the expert teachers at Glass By Design, this fun glass craft class will teach you how to create a stunning picture from scratch! You will design your water pattern and sea scene, learn how to mix and apply your bubble enamels, and then learn a second technique using painted enamels.

Don’t worry if you need inspiration or would like a pattern. We have lots to choose from, so come along, relax, and enjoy this fantastic workshop. Also, if you’ve never tried creating your own fused glass before, it’s not a problem as your teacher will be on hand to provide plenty of support and demonstrate any tricky techniques along the way.

You’ll finish this fused glass class feeling relaxed, with a beautiful handmade glass picture that you will be proud to display in your home.

Please note: Your item will need to be fired in a kiln in order to complete the fusing process. If you are local, it will be ready to pick up in approximately 7 days (Your teacher will confirm this with you). If you have come from further afield, we will be able to send it to you.
