Introduction to Mindfulness

Come and explore the many different forms of meditation and the link with Mindfulness. Suitable for beginners or anyone wishing for further support their personal or professional life. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, yoga mat and blanket if required for your comfort. Meditations and movements can be practiced seated on a chair if preferred.
