Introduction to Mindfulness
Come and explore the many different forms of meditation and the link with Mindfulness. Experience some of the different types of meditation and learn about the development of the practices. Experienced British School of Meditation teacher, Natalie, will guide you through the different techniques and answer questions such as ‘What is meditation / mindfulness?’ ‘What is the scientific evidence that it is beneficial?’ ‘What is the best method?’ Suitable for beginners or anyone wishing to further support their personal or professional life.

You will need a comfortable chair or cushion and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
