Prejudice to Pride: The Great Gay Songbook

Join Wilma Ballsdrop for her brand new show Prejudice to Pride!

Wilma Ballsdrop, the lanky lass from the valleys, has taken the London cabaret world by storm since relocating there, with residencies across the capital and shows at iconic venues such as Crazy Coqs Piccadilly and the Hippodrome Leicester Square.

She was also a grand finalist in London Pride’s Got Talent and nominated as best Cabaret Act in the Boyz Awards.

In her new show, Wilma returns to the city of her birth to look back at her life, from her childhood in Pontypridd to the glittering stages of the West End, through the music that was the soundtrack to her life.

With songs written when homosexuality was still illegal, from the likes of Noel Coward, Cole Porter, and Cardiff’s own Ivor Novello, to Dusty, Freddie and Elton, and to the out and proud icons of the Eighties and beyond.

Expect tears and laughter, and make sure you bring your dancing shoes!
