We are delighted to announce that To The Sea Festival will be returning in 2024!

Rydym yn falch iawn o gyhoeddi y bydd  I’r Môr Ŵyl yn dychwelyd yn 2024! 

To The Sea Festival 2024 is back with a fantastic lineup of outdoor arts, activities and performances. 

Delight in stunning circus shows, thrilling performances, dance, comedy, live music and curious creations as they flood the streets, parks and seafront of Penarth… and it’s all completely FREE.

This event is funded by Arts Council of Wales and Shared Prosperity Funding. To The Sea is produced by Splatch Productions in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
