This walk is one of 19 Valeways self-guided walking trails, which is being led for the Festival. The route starts from the Arts and Crafts Wyndham Park garden village, heading uphill to St Nicholas. In the churchyard is the Cory mausoleum, for the family responsible for the building of Dyffryn House and the garden village. The walk turns northwards and downhill and continues alongside the River Ely, crossing the river and railway to return along the higher eastern bank with fantastic views of the valley and hills.
