The walk will start just south of Sully Primary School. After walking through a local housing estate, we will proceed a short distance along a country road to Home Farm. A downhill path will take us through two fields to Cosmeston Country Park.  We will walk around the lake and take a short comfort break at the café. We will then proceed to a path that has been laid where the old railway track used to be. This leads to the top of Penarth Sea Front near Cioni’s Café where we will eat our packed lunches. There are toilets here as well as benches overlooking the Bristol Channel. We will then walk back to Sully along the coastal path.  On a sunny day there are lovely views of Flatholm and Steepholm and if it is really clear, the Somerset coast can be seen.
