Speakeasy Club is delighted to partner with The Bottle Shop, and bring you the unique ‘Wine tasting through sport’ series.

‘Wine tasting through sport’ is a series of accessible wine tasting events that are linked to a prominent sporting event. The wines you will be tasting and learning about will be connected to the country involved in that sporting event, bringing with it stories and connections.

Courtesy of the experienced Nat and the team from the Bottle shop, we’ll be tasting some fantastic South African wines, immersing ourselves in the terroir and stories from different winemakers, all ahead of the clash between Wales and Australia on Saturday 26th November.

On the night we’re delighted to be joined by Wales & Lions legend Lee Byrne. Following the formal tasting part of the evening, Lee will share some stories from tour, his experiences of playing in Australia and take questions from the floor.
