Guests looking to start the day with bubbles and celebrate love from the first possible moment needn’t look further than The Ivy Collection.

This Valentine’s Day, The Ivy Cardiff invites guests to start the most romantic day of the year with its specially curated Valentine’s Champagne Breakfast. Available on the 14th February, the breakfast offers guests a refined yet relaxed way to celebrate Valentine’s, whether it’s a first date, a long-standing tradition or simply an excuse to enjoy something delicious together.

Designed to be shared and savoured, the luxurious breakfast experience pairs celebratory Champagne with elegant morning dishes, starting with a selection of mini pastries served with butter and preserve, alongside a celebratory sip. Guests can choose to start their day with a glass of The Ivy Guest Champagne, a fruity Breakfast Mimosa, a spiced Bloody Mary or a glass of Wild Idol Naturally Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine.

When it comes to the main event, guests can choose from a variety of decadent dishes, from Truffled Eggs Benedict with Pulled Ham to a classic Eggs Royale with The Ivy Cure Smoked Salmon and Caviar. Served in The Ivy Cardiff’s iconic surroundings, the menu offers couples the perfect setting to toast to love and start the day with a bit of Ivy flair.

Mark Askew, Groups Executive Chef at The Ivy Collection, said: “Valentine’s Day is about creating moments that feel special, and our Champagne Breakfast is designed to do just that.
