You can help raise money for an incredible cause.

Carer, Dorren Goodman and veterinary receptionist, Karen George are working together to raise £500 for East Vale Community Transport, an organisation that provides wheelchair-accessible mini buses for individuals and groups who otherwise might be isolated and lonely. The drivers are all volunteers and since Covid 19 they have seen an even greater need for what they do and want to continue to provide their support for those in need of it.

That is why Karen and Dorren will be running the London Marathon on Sunday, April 21st to raise money for them.

Co-ordinator at East Vale Community Transport, Claire Pearce, expressed her delight for them both, “EVCT has been supporting the community of Eastern Vale for 38 years’. It is wonderful to receive assistance from within the community. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers drivers, we offer a bespoke service.”
