Exciting new! This September 2024, Cwtch Childcare is opening a new setting at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School in Canton.

Cwtch believe in nurturing children’s development through hands-on exploration and pay with natural and real-life materials. Their approach encourages children to take charge of their learning journey, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a deep connection with the world around them. Cwtch Childcare is committed to promoting independence and problem-solving skills in a safe, adventurous environment, with settings designed to stimulate imaginations and support the health and wellbeing of every child.

The new St Mary’s location will offer a home-like atmosphere, where children aged 6 weeks to 3 years can explore and learn with real-life equipment and natural resources. Their play-based approach incorporates unique and innovative learning methods, ensuring each day is filled with discovery and joy.

The new nursery will provide nursery and wrap around care, as well as out of school clubs for children aged two to eleven years old.

Cwtch Childcare is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and has earned recognitions such as the Cardiff & Vale Healthy Eating Award and a 5-star food hygiene rating. They also support the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, providing the highest standards of care and education.
