Local B2B marketing and communications agency TMPR has been stepping beyond the brief in recent months, taking part in community projects across Penarth and connecting with schools, social enterprises and neighbours along the way.

Over the summer, the team swapped laptops for litter pickers and joined forces for a beachside clean-up along Penarth seafront – time out of the office to give something back to the town they call home.

The team welcomed students from St Cyres School into TMPR HQ as part of its Grow Getters programme with Working Options. The taster day gave young people a behind-the-scenes look at agency life and introduced them to career paths in PR and marketing.

TMPR has also helped shine a light on Hubbub – a vintage-style shop opening in Penarth this autumn that will provide supported paid employment for SEND students from Ysgol Y Deri. The agency worked with the team at Hubbub pro-bono to raise awareness of the new store opening in the local media.

And to round things off, 14 years of TMPR was celebrated with birthday drinks at Gin64 alongside friends, clients and collaborators from the local business community.

Louise Morgan, TMPR’s founder and director, said: “Penarth’s full of energy, ideas and people doing great things – and we want to be part of that. We’re always open to conversations about how we can help or collaborate, and are inviting local organisations, schools, charities and businesses to drop in for a brew and see what we can build together.”

Founded in 2011, TMPR supports a wide array of B2B clients throughout South Wales, across the UK and internationally, with specialisms in sectors such as construction, engineering and technology. Recognised in industry awards including Vale of Glamorgan Business, CIPR Cymru, and the Construction Marketing Awards, TMPR has a longstanding reputation for building trust, empowering growth, and acting sustainably.

TPMR believes in the power of local connections and is actively looking to partner with more businesses in the Vale of Glamorgan. Interested? Get in touch with the team!
