Your voice is often heard through your choices, your boundaries, your actions and, sometimes, through your refusal to act. But when people don’t feel confident or comfortable in their own skin, they can lose touch with their true voice….Not on my watch!

Through movement, often in silence (apart from the occasional groan or protest!), I work hard to help people rediscover pride in themselves and a renewed sense of self-worth. Whatever their initial goals, these qualities give people the confidence to show up for themselves and pursue the life they genuinely want to live.

Finding your voice is not about turning up the volume. More often, it is about quietly reflecting on what matters to you and then taking action.

I use my voice to help people find theirs. And if a reduced risk of illness, a longer life, and greater overall wellbeing are not reason enough to step into the gym, consider this: when your daughter, mother, friend or colleague sees you taking care of yourself, you give life to that quiet inner voice that says, “Maybe I should take better care of myself too.”

Exercise is a voice for positive change, one that continues to echo long after the workout is over.

Strong body! Strong voice!
