At Anytime Fitness Penarth, we love the sense of community that has built over the last couple of years. We love to welcome new and regular members, and involve them in monthly challenges, Feed and Flow sessions, open days and much more! And with your new team in place, and a new feeling of stability at the gym, we’re looking forward to supporting you both on and off the gym floor. And, did you know that each of the team are all fully-qualified personal trainers and all have extensive experience as fitness professionals? This means you’re always in good hands.

Gym Manager Rae, created the first ever Welsh language sofa to 5k app, and is the health and fitness expert for S4C’s Ffit Cymru and for QVC, the UK’s biggest shopping TV network. As a Penarth girl, she’s back to her roots and supporting you on your road to strength and health.

Assistant Manager Kurt, has been a regular face at the gym for well over a year since leaving the Royal Navy. He decided to pursue a career in fitness after seeing the positive side effects on his wellbeing. He believes mental health and fitness go hand in hand, as exercise helps focus the mind and boosts your mood. He hopes that this will motivate you to go that extra mile so that you can see the results you desire.

Coach Liam enjoys nothing more than guiding and empowering gym members on their journey to breaking boundaries and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He has represented Wales internationally in martial arts and athletics, and through his diverse experiences brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and performance to everything he does!

Trainer James‘ interest in health, fitness and training started 30 years ago with his passion for weight lifting, and while that passion for weight lifting, and while that passion is still there, life lessons have brought a more balanced approach to both the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a healthy and active lifestyle. It’s these factors he shares with our members and his clients.

Trainer Craig is a keen athlete and football player. Craig believes that fitness and wellbeing are a choice of lifestyle and he’s dedicated to helping our members achieve this by promoting a positive attitude and pairing the right exercise with the right nutrition to achieve a healthy body and healthy mind.
