Since 1995, founders Moslaur and Ellen, along with our dedicated team, have been crafting authentic, inventive recipes passed down through generations. Our heat and eat concept has redefined the traditional Indian takeaway, offering you the convenience of enjoying gourmet meals at home.
Our journey began in Rhiwbina, and thanks to the incredible support of our customers, we’ve expanded across South Wales with shops in Cardiff, Penarth, Pugh’s Garden Centres, and select Filco and Nisa stores. Our commitment to quality, flavour, and convenience has made Gateway of India a household name for those who appreciate real Indian food made with passion and expertise. Now, we’re bringing that same dedication to Cowbridge, offering locals the chance to experience the taste of India right on their doorstep.
To celebrate our arrival in Cowbridge, we warmly invite the local community to our opening event on Friday, 4 April, from 3pm to 7pm.
