Say “Hello!” to Thompson Young, a brand new estate agency that opened its doors in Penarth in November 2022. You may recognise Bradley Young, Chrysti Thompson, and Jessica Young, all familiar faces in Penarth, and all of whom have extensive experience in the local property market.

Thompson Young Properties has been created by the three property experts, bringing a diverse range of skills and a personal approach to both buying and selling.

“After years of working for both national and independent agencies in Penarth and Cardiff, we felt it was time to introduce a local company with a hands-on and personal approach. We are all locals of Penarth with young families and understand all aspects of dealing with properties, including staging houses to attract the most interest, dealing with new laws introduced for property rentals, and keeping all parties of any property transaction updated throughout the process. We work with local companies for all property maintenance matters and manage properties across the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.”
